[dropcap]T[/dropcap]hursdays are already a drag, so why not spruce up yours with fellow art lovers! Join the Quality Enhancement Plan Center, Thursday, Jan. 26, 2017 at the Sanford/Lake Mary Campus as it kicks off an Open House event at 3 p.m celebrating the new re-imagined and re-designed cultural lounge on campus! The event, which will be held at Building J Room 004, will host live, Irish Ballad music by Patrick O’Neil, Middle Eastern food, drinks, and an art/book exhibit.
The cultural lounge is an environment on campus, where students can read, create, collaborate, and indulge in all the wonders of the fine arts and great literature. Besides, it provides students with an opportunity that opens a realm of possibilities never imagined through the embrace of new cultural experiences. This is a great chance for returning and new students to get a feel for the arts and literature on campus as well as getting acquainted with other like-minded individuals, sharing and expressing ideas and interests together.
