Seasons

Home

By Melina E. King

Seasons going by So quickly they are Please don’t cry

Winter keepin me inside
For I don’t want to catch that awfulness Which makes me be at bedside

But don’t worry because of Spring Washin that sickness away Flowers and pollen it will bring

Summer brings warmth and popsicles all around

Outside all day I am Heatstroke we have are bound

Autumn making the temperature and leaves fall

Time for school
But for as long as we can we stall

After that we continue the cycle Because it’s what we do
In which our feelings for it will always recycle

Seasons go by
Faster than the speed of light So please don’t cry
